• Come as you are! We encourage you to wear whatever you will feel most comfortable in!

  • We encourage you to bring your Bible and a notebook. We will provide snacks and water but also recommend you bring your own snack and a refillable water bottle. Water stations can be found on each end of the building.

  • Sparkle Conference has open seating, meaning that if a seat is open when you are in the auditorium, you are welcome to sit there! We do not allow saved seats ahead of the doors opening each day, and seats may not be saved overnight.

  • Yes! Lunch is provided on Day Two of each Sparkle Conference. Gluten Free options will be available.

  • No. Sparkle is an in-person conference and we encourage you to attend with us live!

  • Your Sparkle ticket includes access to all sessions, the day one After Party with food and drinks, and lunch on day two.

    Please be aware that your ticket gains admission to the conference you’ve registered for: Sparkle 1 OR Sparkle 2, but not both. If you’d like to attend both conferences you will need to purchase a separate ticket to each.

  • Your ticket for Sparkle can be accessed via the QR code in the confirmation email you received upon purchase. If you would like your email resent to you, please reach out to sparkle@rivervalley.org.

  • As stated in your ticketing agreement upon purchase, tickets are non-refundable and are unable to be exchanged from one conference to another (We cannot exchange your Sparkle 1 ticket for a Sparkle 2 ticket)

  • Yes, you can resell your ticket or give it to another woman. Ticket transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved. To give your ticket away, you can share your confirmation email with the woman you have agreed to give or sell it to. The Sparkle team will be unable to edit the information on your original ticket. The decision to resell your ticket or give it away will be at your own discretion. Sparkle Women’s Conference and River Valley Church are not liable for losses incurred due to unauthorized transfers or resales.

  • Group rates are available upon request for groups of 10 or more. Please email sparkle@rivervalley.org for more information. In your email, please share details about your group including: group size, if your church is a River Valley Network church and where you are located.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to offer partial attendance tickets.

  • We have a limited number of partial scholarships available. To be considered for a partial scholarship to Sparkle 2025 please complete our Scholarship Application in its entirety by July 30. If your application is approved we will contact you via email with registration and payment details. If you have any questions, please email sparkle@rivervalley.org.

  • Thank you for your generosity! To provide a ticket that the Sparkle Conference Team can use as a scholarship, please buy tickets on a separate transaction. When you receive the confirmation email, forward it to sparkle@rivervalley.org and let us know that you will be donating the ticket/s. We will assume that all tickets on your confirmation email are available to give away, so please be sure to make that a separate transaction from you own ticket you plan to use to attend Sparkle yourself!

  • Yes! ASL interpretation and reserved seating for those who need is is available at both conferences. When you purchase your ticket, you will have the opportunity to sign up for this interpretation service.

  • Yes! We allow you to enter the sessions ahead of the line and have a designated space for lunch that avoids stairs. When you purchase your ticket, you will have the opportunity to indicate your need for accommodation.

  • We ensure a gluten free lunch option and do our best to provide additional accommodations in our snack options. We are unable to meet each allergy or preference so if this is a concern for you, we do recommend coming prepared with food and snacks that you know are safe for your dietary needs.

  • Childcare is not available. If you would like to bring your daughter(s) who are 12 years or older, we offer a student rate.

  • Nursing infants are welcome. We have a designated nursing moms room available during the conference.

  • Our team is available to help any woman who is mobility impaired, hearing impaired or who needs special assistance. When you purchase your ticket for Sparkle, we ask for special assistance requests to be noted at that time. If your situation has changed since you completed your registration and you need to update this information, please e-mail sparkle@rivervalley.org.
